I like Evolution's infinite blackjack tables because if you don't feel like you are winning the round, then you can use a cashout option to get your bet back. It has saved me from losing many times and it has made my BlackJack sessions very profitable.
This is an interesting feature that I wasn't aware of. Do you get all your stake money back or just some of it depending on your card count and also compared to what the dealer has at that point?
I remember reading about one infinite Blackjack version (I forgot the full game name) where if you get 21 and the dealer gets 21, you still win instead of the round ending in a tie. This is a nice little advantage. But at the same time, the game is played without 10s in the decks, lowering the chances of blackjack.
