Copy trading has a lot of down sides, you can get involved in it and end up losing a lot of money on the process because not all trades you come across are well analyzed. Instead of going into copy trades it's better to improve on your skills with a demo account while you are acquiring knowledge. Rushing into trading when are still in that early stages isn't the right thing to do. Before you should focus on earning you must learn
I don't see anything wrong with copy trading but the problem with many people is that they keep copying the wrong traders especially those that don't trade with risk management. If you don't know how to trade the crypto market and you want to make money from trading then copy trading is a good option. You will also need to endeavor to use good platform that would not charge large fee and still change your copy trading fee even when you are not in profit.
It has been said that the riskiest action is to rely on other people's trading. You are merely copying, and you gain nothing except the profits and losses from your trades. That is the problem. In the long run, this is not something that is recommended.
It is better to learn on your own and understand gradually. A demo account can be a solution for learning trading, testing technical analysis, testing strategies, and testing your trading plan. Although it does not involve mental stress since it is not real money, at least you gain the basic knowledge and trading experience.
You must focus on the long term. Even though copy trading may be tempting, it will only become useless if you cannot do anything on your own in the future.
