It's mainly because of social media influencers that we hear such things like quit your job and do what you like to do. These social media influencers have earned enough money only by creating such motivational videos. Things were quite peaceful before social media steps in. There are not many people in the world who like their job but we still do it just to live a stable life. If you don't like your job and want to quit then make sure you have made necessary arrangements prior to quitting the job. I have a person in my office who left the job without making any arrangements and he is now requesting our CEO to hire him back.

We need to remember that everything has it's own pros and cons. Nothing is perfect.
Those aren't as bad as those who promote ponzi schemes in an attempt to lure you as well, showing their lavish lifestyle to make you feel inferior. Motivational speechers aren't that bad, but it's easy to talk when you're unfamiliar with the other person's background. The real plague are the scam artists ones I mentioned earlier, they make you feel less because according to them, what you've managed so far isn't a big of a deal, compared to them, who stay at home and make 4 or 5 figures by "working 3 to 4 hours a day". Such videos dishearten the average viewer and make them have second guesses for their life choices, but in a negative way.
