It's really greedy of the guy to return just the $10,000 alone back to the girlfriend after winning $100M. Although I will not agree to her sharing formula, but I will give her a very good share of the money, because if not for her money that I used, I would not have won such huge amount of money.
I also believe that the girl friend is requesting for 40% because of the way the boy friend just returned the $10,000 without adding any profit.
