That's true, but it seems that OPie doesn't care about it. The only thing that he cares about is the money and how he can get it without risking anything from his side. Even if he presents the whole "idea" of his project and how he will spend any amount that he will get, without something valid to secure any possible lender/ investor, he won't get anything. Except for a bunch of negative feedbacks.
Obviously, that was an elevator pitch. I'm not just going to blast out an 8 page business plan. There's hundreds of millions to be made here.

I have made alot of people alot of money throughout my life. Unfortunately, I faced some hard times you can ask me about if desired.
