I will understand the players they have prepare how they perform because Erik ten Hag job is to improve the effort and experience then we have to decide whether the team play well on the field. If Leverkusen defense and their strength are such that they beat every team by a certain goal in every match then we can give them a clear lead in the league. This will show their strength their power and their effort to win the title. What kind of idea is it if they get a better player after lose them. If they adopt a player who has more strength and effort and tries to score more goal in every match it would be better for them to lose them. But I would say that they should replace them with some good player who can bring them to the first position. This will give them a lot of advantage which will increase their strength and their hope a lot.
Ten Hag will.do everything in is power to do better than the formal coach they want the club to do better because everything is already looking at stake because if the club those not do well then it's going be him at the receiving end. So at all cost improving the club will be the only thing that he will have to thinks of, and Leverkusen is not that stressful because the amount of things is going to put in, and since the day the job is accepted he would have know what he needs to improve both the attack and the defence of the club.
And Leverkusen should not be a difficult club for Ten Hag to manage since Manchester United is bigger so from Leverkusen performance we are going to know if is doing well or not, and at this point I think should know the right step to take. When it comes to football even with the right players sometimes you will not be able to predict what will happen in a game so there is more for him to learn. And everyone is obviously waiting for the season to start. To see what Ten is actually capable of doing this season for Leverkusen.
I can convincingly tell you that Ten Hag has practically little or nothing to offer Leverkusen beyond what Xabi Alonso did in the club. How would he deliver their league unbeaten, someone that gambles every game with little or no tactics. During his days at Manchester United all his wins were mostly player driven and nothing tactical. Also, most of the driving force of the unbeaten record departed the club due to Xabi Alonso exit, play makers like Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpog, and Granit Xhaka all left the club. Now with no tactics of his own and still repeating his mistakes at the Manchester United, he has started requesting to sign his former players including Hojlund who he signed at Manchester United. His pattern, his attitude and his strategy never improves. With all indices, Leverkusen may not even make the top four this season.
He has a lot of challenges to keep up with, which is why itight be so difficult for him to cope because he is definitely not good under such pressure, and with Bayern Munich being a favourite team for the season with addition to their team including Diaz. I wish him well in his new club.
