My take on Modric joining Milan: for Milan, it’s a smart move to fill one of their biggest gaps with a player who brings top-level intelligence and experience. And for Luka, it’s a chance to stay at a high level and play a part in rebuilding the squad. He’s not the same player he was at his peak with Real Madrid or Croatia, but even in decline, he can still dictate the tempo and bring quality to the midfield. If he stays fit, he’s got enough left to make an impact in Serie A. On top of that, Modric has the character to become a real leader in the dressing room — he wore the armband recently and could easily take on that role in this new-look Milan side.
If AC Milan is really concerned about building a new team then am sorry it's not with players like Modric because truth be told he has passed his prime as a player and I don't see any difference that he will bring to the club going to Saudi to collect his pension would have been the best option for him.
Modric can't be playing at a top level again injuries will be coming at a regular basis plus the Italian seria A is one league that is a very physical which his age can't accommodate so I don't see any thing fantastic about Modric move to Milan
AC Milan is trying to build a team quickly, a practice they typically employ by combining senior and junior players. While the success rate isn't high, AC Milan has had success in the past two seasons, though not as impressive, considering the team's structure, it can be considered a success.
Modric may no longer be at his peak, but his experience is still crucial for guiding other AC Milan players, but that can only be relied upon for one or two seasons.
I'm not surprised by AC Milan's approach; they've always been this way of building teams.
