Of course it is possible that Amorim will bring Man united back to glory like in the era of Sir Alex Ferguson where Man united appeared very impressive and won many trophies. but of course Amorim will need a long time to be able to make Man united good like in the era of Sir Alex. but yes I hope Amorim can prove to everyone that he is a good and professional coach.
That's a lot of ifs. I remember hearing the same thing about ETH in his early days. At the end of the day, on-field performance needs to get better. They also need to fix their recruitment since most issues come from that. I'd like to see them do what Chelsea did if they're brave enough for that, which is hiring young players with potential and a good mentality to reduce the cost to run the club for a while. Most revolutions of big clubs start from the top, so they should fix that quickly. CMIIW.
It's too late to start as Chelsea has demonstrated in recruiting players. Man utd is currently in financial trouble unless they replace them with a new owner who brings significant capital. Previously the owner of Manchester United had also laid off several employees related to the club in an attempt to minimize the club finances. For now the hope lies in Amorim, with all the financial constraints given, maximizing the existing players to perform optimally and, if possible, finish in the top four so that the club gets a decent income and slowly rebuilds the team.
