That means they have plans to force all people to upload their ID document with image to be able to have internet access.
Now imagine using Bitcoin or anything else like that, and expecting to have some privacy Tongue
In Dutch, we have the word "katvanger". It's usually a homeless person who has many vehicles registered in his name, so the real owner can use it for illegal activities. I've already seen many requests to buy ID-papers or just KYC registration. Usually that's on a casino or exchange, but it's not that far fetched to expand this to regular websites just to avoid their privacy violating policies. The end result will be anonymous criminals, and no privacy for anyone who follows the law.
