Exactly, that is the pure definition of gambling. Even though you promise and said to yourself that you are completely done with gambling. The next day will be totally different as if something is missing and then you understand that it is gambling itself. So you break that promises and then play again, losses big money and then blame everyone around you except yourself. And then promise again that you won't play and will quit for good. Responsible gambling is not only related to how you bet but it starts earlier than that with how you manage your finance in general and your gambling capital in particular. If you have bad management for your finance and gambling capital, it is beginning of bad streak of actions including how you bets later.
Like if you are well-prepared, well-disciplined and clearly restrict your gambling capital, when you lose it you will stop gambling. It is good prevention against any gambling addiction and over bets later.
