AFAIK, Atalanta has agreement if they can let Lookman leave from the club for 40m range only if he gets non italian club. His price will be drastically increased if the offer came from Italian club. I also hear Percassi also says he wants him to be signed by big club, but non italian club. In my opinion Atalanta do not want to sell the player in Italy but only abroad This is my personal thought
