You didn’t offer the player a fair deal since there was nothing to negotiate.
A campaign manager does not make decision for their clients.
I don't know how had you concluded that I was offering anything.
I see it as you tried to squeeze the player and force him to take this unfair deal. Most would have taken it because of the amount and Bet Fury saves face. I wish that you and holy considered the players side instead of just agreeing with Bet Fury. They had no case.
Again you are telling something that I am not. You had no idea what went on, who involved. You have no idea who take what responsibilities in a command chain.
Where did you see that I was taking a side? It seems you are the one who is taking a side, you are trying to influence the player with false hope and eventually the player went out with nothing. I hope the player can see the truth.
As their campaign manager when I saw the case (it looked a bit odd to me too), I talked to the management and asked them to co-operate and resolve the case. They gave a brief to me and it made sense. I suggested them to create a group and resolve it. They did not hesitate, they called their security team immediately and created a platform to discuss the matter with holy. The process went for a few days/weeks, a lot of text exchanged for many days until there was this middle ground proposal. For the record, I did not actively join the conversation so that I don't influence any side but read almost all the discussions whenever I had time.
