I think one of the highest issues Manchester United has suffered in the last couple of seasons, is the issue of spending huge amount of money and buying players that don't fit in, there is no doubt about the fact that a lot of high profile coaches have come over the years to try their best in bringing back Manchester United to her glory days, but the whole thing is not just working, however for the records, Luis Enrique has never managed Manchester United team before, I think the club approached him in 2022 but he rejected the offer.
But sometimes I'm surprised by the players brought in by Manchester United. These players were excellent players before they arrived. So I understand why Manchester United was willing to spend a lot of money to bring them in. But as we've seen, these players haven't performed as well as expected. This includes goalkeeper Onana. He was a great goalkeeper at Inter Milan. I remember him making many memorable saves at Inter Milan. But when he joined Manchester United, he made several blunders early on. This shows that the players lack confidence when playing at this club. And so do many other players. Even when some Manchester United players are loaned to other clubs, we immediately see them playing very well at the clubs they're borrowing from. Honestly, that's a dilemma in my opinion. I know the coaches they brought in are also extraordinary coaches. It's just that there may have been a lack of compatibility between the players and the coaches at that time. Because I'm sure we often hear news about conflicts between Manchester United players and their coaches, such as during the Ten Hag era. Maybe this has something to do with the relationship problems between the players and the coach which are not going well.
