I think the same thing will happen to this site in the near future as to their previous site:
https://freedoge.co.in/If I am not mistaken, they decided to shut down freedogecoin due to massive cheating and abuse by some users. In other words, it was not feasible for them to spend resources on that site.
As for the freebitcoin website, even if it shuts down, it will clearly not be the same as when freedogecoin shut down.
