I dont mind if the exchange return back my funds in this situation.
The problem happens when the service takes the funds as hostage and demands kyc...

Same for me. Even if for some reason my funds are not converted, I would rather get them back than go through KYC.
This will not affect CCE at all, it will just show that they keep their word.
