Isak wants to leave Newcastle United and finds a new challenge and chapter for his career but surely he will look at a better club than Newcastle United. He will not have interests of joining Manchester United and remember that he is on transfer list of Liverpool. I believe between Liverpool and Manchester United, he will choose Liverpool and this club already sold Darwin Nunez to Al Hilal after buying Ekitike and perhaps they are preparing another slot for Isak.
Both Sesko and Isak are under quality compares to Haaland but Isak already played in Premier League several seasons and he is a safer choice for any big club than Sesko.
First Liverpool have actually not sold Darwin Nunez but have actually sold Luiz Diaz to Bayern Munich with reported fee above €70m. This Diaz funds is what Liverpool are looking to use to finance the purchase of Alexander Isak before they will actually sell off Darwin Nunez, Nunez wants to leave but the club is holding up first to see if they can actually sign Isak first before shipping him out, because it is very tricky to sell him now most especially with the reports that Newcastle aren’t going to get the signing of Benjamin Sesko again after the player picked Manchester United as his intended destination.
Base on your comparison though I will say Sesko is not on the level of Isak and Halaand but I don’t think Isak is away from Halaand, yes we all can say that Halaand has the number but let’s be sincere, Isak looks a more complete player in my opinion than him. Put both in the opposite clubs and tell me who will deliver more
