I honestly can’t imagine how the Hi-Lo game wouldn’t be generating revenue. It’s the equivalent of roulette — mathematically always profitable for the house. Any refer/interest system can always be adjusted or reduced.
Another paradox is that this platform isn’t anonymous — which is rare in the crypto space. We know who owns it, transactions can be traced, and the company is registered. Back in 2024, the Dutch regulator (KSA) already went after Freebitco.in / FBC B.V., so technically a class action lawsuit against FBC B.V. could be possible, since ownership is no longer in question.
What I don’t understand is this: If they’re having financial issues but are slowly paying users, why stay completely silent? Why ignore every support message? If they were gradually paying out, that would actually be great PR — “Even when short on funds, we’re trying to fulfill every withdrawal.” That would build huge trust.
The only explanation I can think of is that FBC B.V. might be planning to shut down entirely and they’re just buying time to avoid paying liabilities. But I haven’t found any confirmation or proof that this is the case.
The whole situation just seems totally bizarre and chaotic.
