I agree with you. Hansi Flick is trying to take Barcelona to a better level. They may not have done so well last season, but they are preparing themselves to be a strong opponent for next season. Adding Marcus Rashford to the team to maintain possession in the midfield and increase the strength of the attack should be considered an effective move for Barcelona.
I especially think that Barcelona is a balanced team compared to Real Madrid because they are determined to spread the individual performance of players at every level on the field.
Seriously, Hansi Flick is doing so great in Barcelona, and he's trying his best to see Barcelona as the best team in the world. It's gradually pushing Barcelona to that level, despite not having the opportunity to sign players of his choice due to the financial issues that Barcelona is facing. But despite that, he's doing everything possible to bring in quality players with low fees and loans, just to strengthen Barcelona's team even more. The fact is, many people didn't believe that Barcelona would perform so well last season, winning La Liga and other competition trophies, and making it to the semi finals of the Champions League. So, Hansi Flick is helping Barcelona regain their good form.
I don't think Fenerbahçe is ready for the season. Their performance in friendly matches wasn't bad, but when it comes to Champions League matches, there's always a chance for a team to falter. This is one of the biggest problems with Turkish teams. If this had been a friendly, they might have easily won, but I think Fenerbahçe will struggle in this match.
In fact, we can't just use preseason matches to judge any team, because most teams hardly carry out friendly matches during the season. So, I hardly believe in a team's performance when they are playing their friendly matches. In the Champions League, there are always strong teams from different leagues, and with the way Turkish teams are, I don't think it is that competitive. So, I hardly expect much from any Turkish team when they are playing in any European competition, especially the Champions League.
