The people keep electing them because for some strange reason the leasers and found a way to weaponize poverty and even in the high places where there are no poverty, they have bought the those guys there with monies, promise of compensation in form of some contracts, government appointments, and what have you, if they win the election and hold on to power which mostly happens. The sitting president in country said, it was his time to rule the country and that there was nothing that anyone could do about it and so he did all he could like I have already explained to get there. He even asked the opposing party to go court because he knew he already had he juduciary in his pockets.
