Good day everyone the reasons be hide this discussion is the way mad people cluster around port Harcourt but the government can always gather them put them in one particular place and give them treatment till many of them gets better.but out government doesn't care about this people.
one of the most reasons, why they shouldn't be killed is that i have seen several mad people who mad and also got heal without treatment, assuming they killed them this person who regain his self would have been in a mess
Well if someone is mad I do not think he does deserve death just for this. There is alot of people that are mad but they are born like that and can not do alot about it.
Yes they can take some medicine but not all people can pay for it. And alot of people do not have ability to get the medicine he needs. I do think if a mad person wants treatment then he should be able to get it.
