the only simple strategy i know people can buy bitcoin is the DCA strategy provided there is a steady source of income. buying bitcoin is simple and easy but most  people or perhaps newbies are misunderstanding bitcoin. bitcoin can be bought in fraction not necessarily buying a whole, but most newbies thinks its too expensive to buy without knowing that little stacking up of bitcoin will result to a tangible amount in the long run.  the most important thing is to have something doing which will generate income then bitcoin can be invested from its discretion.
