Xabi has a system that gives every player a chance. It might seem like he's not in his plans right now, but by the middle of the season, the Brazilian might be his most important player. Therefore, it wouldn't be right to make decisions or discuss his future now. If he wants to let him go, he can; if he doesn't, he won't. A player who can play for Real Madrid can easily play for any team in the world. I think this is beyond debate.

We have seen that Xabi Alonso gave Garcia a chance in the FIFA Club World Cup. And he performed quite well. Arda Guller is also capable of performing well. Rodrygo's style of play is probably not to Xabi's liking. That is why Alonso did not give Rodrygo enough chances in the Club World Cup matches either.

If Rodrygo is in Madrid, he is most likely to be on the bench. If Vini or Mbappe face long-term injuries, then maybe Rodrygo will get a chance in the Madrid squad. Rodrygo is probably not interested in leaving Madrid. We will see Rodrygo on the bench next season.

Of course, every coach has different techniques, and Xabi certainly noticed that Rodrygo's performance had declined slightly, and it seemed he preferred someone else to be his starting player. But what can you do, because now that Real Madrid has a new coach, every Real Madrid player must abide by the rules. Rodrygo seems comfortable at Real Madrid, even though many clubs are interested in him. He'll likely be sitting on the bench next season.

However, if a Real Madrid player is injured, Rodrygo will undoubtedly replace them. For some reason, I have a feeling that Rodrygo will also be included if another player is tired. I certainly hope Xabi can play Rodrygo in the Real Madrid vs. WSG Tirol friendly, and I hope Rodrygo can prove to Xabi that he's a good player if he's given time. Do you share my hope that Rodrygo will play in that friendly? But I have a feeling that if Rodrygo is not always played, I am sure that next season Rodrygo will potentially leave Real Madrid.
