I think that this has happened to all of us at some point, I've seen some friends who have spent a lot of money in physical casinos, it has happened to me in online casinos and the fault has been because I have not been able to contain my emotions, one says that one can control one's emotions, but it is difficult to be playing and controlling that game without losing control, that is the difficult part, it's easy to say it here, what I think when I play is that the money that I am going to spend will not be recovered so quickly since it requires a lot of effort, that is what can hold me back sometimes.
Am happy that you were able to figure out ways that you curtailed the habit of going for more even when you know that recovering the ones you lost is almost impossible, you what, that mindset of not been able to recover is the reason why gamblers has to think twice before they could land themselves into something they might pissed with later.
It is not very easy for anyone to control there emotional while gambling but if you are disciplined to the the extent of knowing when to stop or continue, then you are good to go, emotions is human thing and I believe that if we have self control, then to control our emotions may not be too difficult for us, the rules is game with what you can afford, don't risk too much so that you won't want to gamble more as way to recover loss which may end you in shamble and the cage of addiction.
Honestly speaking, I must say that you've absolutely hit the nail on the head. Well, if I must speak from my own perspective, I think discipline and self-control are keys to responsible gambling. Recognising when to stop and not chasing losses is crucial to avoiding financial stress and potential addiction. By setting boundaries and prioritising what you can afford, you can enjoy the experience without putting yourself at risk. At best, we take note that it's mostly finding balance and being mindful of emotions.

I though if we know those things it will be easy for us to execute the discipline so that we will not experience any hard ship. But actually even if I have experience in gambling there are still times that I feel like wanting to deposit more since I'm not satisfied with the game I played.

Although it really didn't bother me so much since somehow the additional funds I spend which sometimes I end up losing still tolerable or manageable. If I have don't have long experience in gambling well I think this kind of situation will be depressive and provably that people would think about to chase either to get some wins or recover. Our emotion is our main enemy that's why aside from have limits on gambling budget, we really need to build good discipline towards how we handle each situation we encounter while we are playing.
