- Second, the verification of new registered account is in the form of email code.the pop-up box during registration can be closed by clicking the outer part of the box accidentally which means there’s no way to get back to the pop-up box that you can paste the verification code via email to verify your account.
- Lastly, follow up to the second problem. I can’t use already my email address after failure verification since there’s already pending registration that I can’t find a way to access and verify it. The verification email should be in the form of link instead of code.
I will ask the SunfireCasino team to check all the problems you guys mentioned in this thread so far. But I am quoting you because I think you mentioned an important part. I was wondering why some people create multiple accounts with similar usernames. I now understand that they are creating multiple accounts because they could not complete the registration of the previous account, and they were forced to create another account. I am curious if you tried to log in without verification and then see if you got an option to verify the account. If you have faced the issue already, could you please check again?
I think the Sunfire team would have to work on making registration process easier for participants.
May first attempt on thr website was cool but I quickly noticed that if I don't find the confirmatory code on my inbox then it could be found at Spam box. That was how I was able to complete the registration process. There are people that had different issues altogether struggling to get the mail send from the casino without a clue of checking the alternate box.
Once the registration process is being solved then I think new users would have a good time on the casino.
