Once a topic appears this way while you're trying to make a post, then it has either been moved to another board or deleted by the moderator,
I don't think it happens when the thread is moved to another board. I have experienced it when I try to send a reply to a thread that have only been deleted. If a thread has been moved, you would automatically by directed to he new board.
