Like this was exactly my point when I heard some of my friends that with gyokerez arsenal are going to secure the league which is kinda understandable but also on the same note we need to look at the possibly fact that his performance might drop due to change of environment in the aspect that the premier league is a lot more tougher than the Portuguese league. I wish him the very best in his time at arsenal but at the same time arsenal fans should atleast lower their expectations on his performance.
Seriously Arsenal fans should just lower their expectations by next season, we all know that gyokerez is really a good player, and am sure he will improve Arsenal performance, but they shouldn’t be so confident yet, his performance might not really be so good the way Arsenal fans are thinking, they shouldn’t just put so much pressure on the guy, because it’s really going to affect him.
I have seen some people complaining about him already, most of them expected him to score in Arsenal last friendly match, but he couldn’t get a goal in the match, his performance wasn’t so good in the match self, and Arsenal ended up losing the match. Let’s just wait for the season to start, so that we going to see how he will perform.
I think it's wrong for fans to expect major changes in a team's play after one or more transfers. Yes, the game will improve one way or another because the strategies will change. But the opponents are not standing still either and are constantly improving their teams, so in the end, compared to their opponents, they look as if they haven't changed their line-up at all, but that's normal.
