I want to point out anyone can register any name on Telegram. Anyone can claim that so and so is impersonating so and so. Other people will take advantage of situations like this - anyone could create that username and write that libel and it seems a few people will believe it.
Nothing tied to Telegram should be used against kingbj21, unless kingbj21 claims that account.
