Natural disasters and man made disasters are both responsible for a hard life and reality in most places, let take for example, if flood happens, it will sweep people homes away leaving them homeless and in such destitude a d if care is not taken it will result into crimes increase for those that don't have strong self control over their temporary hard conditions.

It's just difficult to watch a terrible occurrence happen and not feel it changing the way we breathe and behave. A disaster comes with hunger and destruction which then follows crime. Neccessity demands that after such a horrible disaster close to being a hurricane, avoiding public places can be helpful in escaping angry mobs and crimesters. Because they're also on the look for means to catch up with all they've lost to the environmental disaster.
