No matter how big or small the salary is, if you want to decide that you will spend 1% of your salary on gambling, you should keep to the rules. The amount to spend from your salary should not vary, especially on the increase side. If the 1% is small, instead of increasing the amount, it should be decreased if the money is too big. Sticking to a budget in gambling helps in controlling one’s gambling behavior.

You're right, 1% isn't much , but I apply Something else that seems much better to me, I don't see it as a %, I do it first by Getting the number of things I have to pay and do, once I've paid everything , I see if I have money left , something that is quite difficult, but I check it and if I see how much I can allocate to spend it in the casino I do it , of course it's not a huge Amount , it doesn't go over 7 usd,n but for me it's enough to enjoy myself to the fullest.
