My only worry for the season is that Antonio Conte usually does have this second season syndrome where it doesn’t works out for him in the second season, if we look at his past record I think it is a real problem but currently with way the other clubs aren’t looking good I will still stick to him as the favorite still
That depends. If you look back at his time with Juventus, he took charge of the team after they finished in the 7th spot two seasons in a row. He immediately brought them the title the next season and recorded three straight titles with the club + 2 Coppa Italia trophies. It's not easy to become back-to-back champion but he has proven that he can.

The team has to be right as well. Before the start of his fourth season with Juventus, he felt the team wasn't strong enough and the management wasn't fulfilling the promises they gave him regarding reinforcements. He simply resigned and they went their separate ways.

You're absolutely right, when he coached Juventus he simply terminated his contract with Juventus and they parted ways, but the real reason is that he quarrelled with the management because they didn't want to buy him the players he wanted to have, the management considered the team already strong (and it was) and wanted him to win the Champions League.
There was the famous phrase "You can't dine in a 100 euro restaurant with 10 euros" from there they parted ways and I think they will never meet again
