I am expecting such reply, haha but don't you think that some countries are blessed than others? To build a house with blocks and cement in the US you will spend 90,000 or more, things are that costly over there but in my country I only need $18,000 to build a tasteful looking house like that of OP.
Now are you saying that some counties don't have cheaper options than mine? This is why some people leave their country to go and earn dollars in the United states and when it's enough for them they go back home and look like a king, because the dollar to their local currency is like hitting a gold mine.
I am not saying that I believe OP completely but what he says is very possible, IDR is Indonesia Rupiah, this says alot compare to the US dollars, with $10,000 you are a king in some countries around the world, for example the Philippines.
