You will need to provide the other user with access to your account as KYC binance requires facial live check, (in general)!
Even if the verification passe, you should never risking to use this account again as it can requires reverification again at any moment!!
* Furthermore what guarantee that you will not yourself use the account for fraudulent activities like some money laundering, or doing some scams ! ??
