that is not a house, that's a mansion right there Cheesy
~snip~

It seems exactly the same to me, so although there is a suspicion that the OP bought that house for less than $10k (fully furnished), maybe he made a good deal or maybe he just paid part of it as someone already wrote. In the EU, you can't even buy a woodshed for that amount, especially if you're in Western Europe.

Maybe it's time to start moving to Indonesia because I wonder what 1 BTC can buy there Cool
Yeah I am packing my bags to relocate to Indonesia sarcastic Grin, with such low inflation rate that drags price of Real estate down this way, this will be a safe heaven for everyone, if Indonesia with an inflation rate at 0.76% in a population of 283.5 millions people, and with low exchange rate. Roll Eyes Huh

Following up relocation advice will end you in suicide mission unless you prepared for expenses back if Indonesia is not that cheap as claimed.

The problem is that if you are used to comfort and civilization, you will have to put up with certain peculiarities if you want to live on $500-1,000 a month.
Otherwise, you can live in nice, upscale neighborhoods in the capital, but real estate there is very expensive, and you will have to spend at least $5,000 on rent and living expenses.
If your spending level drops, so does the level of service.
