Have you ever been debited when the transaction is not successfully or have similar issues in your bank before?
It is then you will know that the banking system in our country home is dead.
They find it very easy to debit and deduct unnecessary charges,but start the process of refund and see how they will keep turning you around as if you are begging them money.
It is quite unfortunate that even our money in the bank is not safe as so many people have suffered lost of the money in their bank account been cleared without their bank giving them a proper answer of what happened to their money.
Without making enough noise, your money will just go.

My brother it's in deed very painful on how our Bank are being runes here in our country, it's very easy for them to debit From individuals account but when you brought your complain they will let you know that you have a very long form to fill out and it will take them 7working days to refund and most times after the 7working days they will still not refund your money and you will have to come back to complain to them again and yoy will still have to pass the same process which you have done before,..i think the whole thing in banking system needs to be checked and make some amendment and let everything go bank to the normal, because alot of people are losing interest in banking nowadays,you can imagine a situation whereby you came to the Bank to make a withdrawal and the bank will tell you that they have closed but if you are to deposit they will accept it infact things are getting at of hand and they need to come up with something better that will convince us or else every body will soon disappear and move to other alternatives means..
