Though it's quite cool if you can get Bitcoin at a cheaper rate, but timing the market before making a purchase is what am not a big fan of, because the possibilities are high that you might just be wasting your time in your accumulation journey.
Additionally, you might encounter a  very good price to buy, which might be a dip, but greed of wanting more might set in, am you may not buy them, hoping that it's going to drop even further, which might makes you miss that buying opportunity, so it's because of these i just don't feel ok timing the market because that's what traders do, not investors like us
Buying at a low price is a very good choice and a good move. But it is not at all advisable to set a time limit for it. If you ever get an opportunity to buy at a low price or buy DIP while maintaining the continuity of your investment, then it is definitely a good move to take that opportunity. But when you stop the continuity of your investment and wait for the market or DIP, it will be a completely inappropriate thing. In this, you will only delay your investment and remove yourself from the investment journey. You will even continue to suffer financially. So give more importance to maintaining continuity in your investment and take the opportunity to buy DIP if you get it. Never wait for a specific time.
This is basically the difference between short term traders and long term investors, if your aim is to keep buying and hodl for the long term then there's no need for waiting for the perfect entry point. Adopt DCA strategy and buy periodically not minding what the current price is, what matters is that on the long term you're assured if getting ROI on your Bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile and there's no guarantee of it to dip to your desired entry point before buying.

So it's best to buy when you have ready funds, afterall it's still your money whenever you buy, the only thing that fluctuates is the value. On the long term the value will always reach ATH that is why you don't need to wait for further dip before you buy.
For someone who is a bitcoin investor and have know how volatile bitcoin is, would not be thinking about short term trading in Bitcoin because that would definitely be catastrophic to our finance, but we would forgot that in no time frame we could be loosening money instead of thinking we’re making some profit, it’s better we can keep buying and accumulating bitcoin gradually gradually on a regular basis instead of not buying bitcoin and waiting for a dip to happen or probably waiting for a huge amount of money to come when we can actually buy or continue to accumulate with using DCa, though it all depends on availability of discretionary income that is when we can only accumulate and buy bitcoin. Well we should also understand that making profit is not a guarantee in the near future, it’s better to keep accumulating and stacking bitcoin and then we can observe how our investments grow.
