Downloading Telegram and creating an account on it isn't that difficult, all you need is a phone number to do it. They are pretty active on Telegram, so you should try that option and you will probably get your problem solved quicker as said by @God Of Thunder.
They should state in their terms and conditions that having a Telegram account is mandatory for customer support. If I had known this I would not have set up an account.
