2. Click on Global Settings.
3. Select Personal Verification from the menu.
There, you can upload the required documents and complete the KYC process.

This to me does not say anything about it's ok to play from the USA or play while abroad but live in the USA. The support agent seems to just be replying that you should have no issues doing KYC but if you do let him know and he can help.
Had you asked is it ok that I live in the USA and give my KYC will I be paid, you would have more of a case here IMO. You have to be clear when asking questions.
I did tell them! first message of my post. then proceeded to ask if that will cause issues given I told him that.
01:13 AM | -: i just placed a withdrawal and it was denied, and now my withdrawl option is locked. Why? I am in finland visiting family so why is there an issue? I do live in the USA but have never had previous withdrawal issues and thought it was okay as I was in a legal country. I have 100k in gambling debt so this is a huge amount of money for me and life or death. What do you need from me?
