Last year I gambled always using my local currency, but I increasingly realized that my activities could be monitored easily if I made transactions with my bank continuously, it was very scary if I was caught by the police because my country prohibits gambling activities, and now there is a new system that has appeared in my country such as recording all transactions made, fortunately I never use local currency again so I can breathe a sigh of relief, now I only make full transactions in gambling using cryptocurrency, privacy is very well maintained.
Everyone wants to protect their privacy in everything they do, including gambling. Crypto allows us to do that, although some casinos may now require KYC, which can be uncomfortable for some.
It's perfectly natural to feel uneasy if our every activity is constantly monitored by the government or relevant agencies, especially if gambling is prohibited. So, we choose options that protect our privacy as much as possible, especially regarding transactions.
I've tried my best to avoid gambling transactions using banks or e-wallets that directly involve personal data. I only withdraw funds to local currencies via CEX to local banks. I hope it's safe.
