This is the house I got from selling 0.076 bitcoin.

Your decision to accumulate Bitcoin since 2022 through the DCA method demonstrates discipline and a long-term understanding of digital assets such as Bitcoin. I am truly impressed that your investment has yielded positive results in real life. You don’t need to feel sad or regretful, as basic needs, especially a home, are just as important as the investment itself. 

Going forward, you can start accumulating Bitcoin gradually using discretionary funds or reserve funds, once those funds become available.

Just because it is not super expensive doesn't mean it is not real. Real estate price depends on the square meter and location of it. For example I just quickly searched in our own popular online real estate market thing and found this one which is sold for roughly 7 grand (cheaper than what OP bought):
 

It's not that big though, only 230 m2. The location of this villa isn't bad either. However, in my own neighborhood you can't even get an old 50 m2 apartment for twice that money Tongue

You're absolutely right @pooya87. Property prices are indeed influenced by various factors such as location, size, and condition of the building. Price comparisons between regions often show significant differences, even for properties of the same size.

In my case, i bought a 156 m² house for around $23k. The house is located in an area that is not yet densely populated or rapidly developing, situated on the outskirts of the city, about 25 minutes from the city center. This might be why the price is still relatively affordable compared to property prices in the city center. In addition, i spent around $5,300 on renovations to make the house more attractive. Of course, this idea came from my partner Grin
