OP, arsenic14, I am kindly and in a very friendly tone suggest you to stop posting and sit still, while I try to pull strings and tie loose ends, lest your words and statements here complicate matters and you bury the resolution of your case yourself. I am quite close to the bottom of your case and the frayed ends are [so to speak] mostly neatly knitted, just need to be sure I am on the same page with my contact [of whom quite possibly already asleep, but hopefully just AFK, but if they do already asleep, then we'll continue our talk tomorrow], and your posts don't help. At all.
