If I’m correct this transaction just took place in less down two hours ago, the users might appear to be online but might actually not be active on the forum, since he have not made any post since after the transaction,

to me I will say you should give him little more time to see if it’s a scam or not for now I will say you are too quick to call him a scammer, the deal was done public as I can see the thread the accused users opened, and I don’t think any DT will be in a rush to tag an account for that until the accused prove that he’s indeed a scammer.
I tagged to speed up the process. I can't really see this ending in a scam myself but the guy asked for help and got it, he should do as he promised ASAP, not whenever it suits him.
I noticed you have tagged him already, which made me edit the part I render the statement.

You are also correct that he or she should have also just been quick to return and complete the deal and not do it whenever it pleases. Me, I’m just here giving the guy the benefit of the doubt since it’s a small amount, and anything could have also taken the attention of the OP off from the forum, which delayed the repayment.

Now we just have to wait and see what will be the excuse of the accused. Before tomorrow, I assume whatever kept him or her busy should have freed him to come and answer for himself.
