I had an outage in the course of the deal. When my internet was restored, I reached out to the OP to apologize and send his coins but he's been blackmailing me with the tag. He insists I should pay him what we never agreed. Anyway, I have no intention of scamming him. If he needs his coins, he should send his address as I requested earlier but blackmailing me over a red tag wont work.
