Now I have a question, since that account is verified and restricted with a third-party ID, if I ask Binance that I want to be verified with my own name, will they accept it or will they block my account? any idea?
This is what I thought exactly. The submitted ID documents did not match your video verification. Honestly, why did you use third party verification in the first place. You have a higher chance of recovering that money if that so-called third party accepted to do a liveness check, vs your own face or anyone else's.
If you are still in touch with the third party, that should be your first option
The other alternative to talking to Binance support how you sent fake documents (which is a breach of TOS) and maybe hope they soften and allow you to reverify your account which I highly doubt might happen, but It doesn't seem like you have any other choices right now.
