Malik Beasley just got evicted from his apartment after being sued twice for failing to pay rent. He made 60 million dollars playing in the NBA. Now he’s being investigated by the FBI for sports betting and is homeless. It’s shocking to me that someone could make 8 figures and still not own a house and have enough invested to set them up for life. These players need a finance guru.
It's just a bit unfortunate for him that he's going through all of this while not having a contract in the NBA at all since he's now an Unrestricted Free Agent.

He's supposedly sign a 3-year $42 million contract with the Pistons, and he deserves it TBH after his performance all year long last season. Unfortunately, sports betting incident came, and he's now homeless, and at the same time, the Pistons pulled out of the contract signing and instead signed Duncan Robinson. Right until now, there's no team that's giving him a contract. This is a bit shocking, but I've watched some YouTube videos regarding the incident, and there's a high probability that he really might be involved on a sports betting. Not judging him though.

It's quite unfortunate that these players are earning this huge of an amount, but they can't handle it properly, and instead spending it on some things that they don't really need at all.
