When I first heard about Bitcoin in 2021, I hesitated. It felt too volatile and unpredictable. I kept saying, “I’ll buy some soon.”
In 2022, I finally bought a small amount — but after a short price dip, I panicked and sold. Weeks later, the price recovered and went beyond my original entry point. That moment made me realise:
♤Bitcoin doesn’t reward panic
Any market does not reward panic, it is one of the basic knowledge one must grasp when they wanted to enter the investment world.
♤Timing the market perfectly is a myth
This is debatable since this can be considered subjective, but for those who are knowledgeable enough on the market can do this with precision. Although Bitcoin defies many rules in the investment world due to its unpredictable movement, it still has a pattern, so investors can still time the market perfectly to maximize their profit.
♤Long-term thinking beats quick emotional reactions
I highly agree on this since in the long term, in an investment, an emotional decision often results in a loss, may it be quick or not.
