These are quite solid guidelines and if the government of your country can find a way to enforce it and become strict about it I think they should be able to get some good results from it. Although, this would affects users privacy since they’ll be constant monitoring of how your go about with your spending and if care is not taken they may turn back and even start including taxes on gamblers winnings just as what the US Government did.

I think this not only addresses some of the issues of addiction but also touched the problem of underaged gambling since they’ll be very strict facial and id verification before gambling activities can be done and the only way a minor would be able to gamble if this gets implemented would be by going to an illegal site because if this gets implemented, any site which failed to abide by it would be tagged illegal.
