The story didn't add up mate
Inputting the said price to our NGN they can't even finished up a building which I believe this story could be made up. To get decent house in my area we should be talking around 0.5btc or 0.3btc, so 14 million Naira can't purchase land in some place while it can also purchase depending on the location of the land/house, but realistically 14 million naira is too small to finished up a building with such quality.
