Barcelona is a very funny club, What's this I'm seeing. From the table of Fabrizio, he just reported few minutes ago that Barcelona has given back Ter Stegen his captain armband back after he agreed to signed the "authorisation for the clubs medical services to process medical report to La Liga". They retrieved the armband simply because he didn't do what they wanted and now that he has agreed, they are giving it back to him.
I think is a strategy to still keep him in the team Ter Stegen is one of Barcelona oldest player and goalkeeper but I believe it's wrong to mandate a player to do what is not in their mind maybe the reason why he accepted to their terms and conditions probably he may see it as a letting down been the oldest player in the team and some one who he has been before in the club will be putting on the club armband as their captain so i think he never wanted to miss out as the team captain.
The way Barcelona is handling this Ter Stegen captain armband drama is just funny and making them look petty in the eyes of the world. I think the Captaincy of a club as big as Barcelona should be solely based on the level of trust and respect a player commands plus leadership ability and not turning it into a bargain to force a player to comply with their terms. Why taking away the captain armband from.the player in the first place then bringing it back now that he has signed the deal. For whatsoever reason, it should have been a thing of honour instead of a way of coarsing the player to their terms.
Alonso should utilize mpappe and Vinicius to their capacity come this new season going forward because these two players can win the champions League because of their quality that they have got in them, but my problem with these players is the way and manner that they pick up injuries this season they should play safe and avoid injuries so that the club will not be affected by their injuries
Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior are among the most important players in the Real Madrid squad right now, and Xabi Alonso knows that for him to get good results at Real Madrid, he needs to use both players in all of his important matches, and I believe Xabi Alonso will make very good use of Mbappe and Vinicius Junior next season. The only thing that will make Xabi Alonso not make very good use of Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior is if they are injured.
I agree this guys are the best in the team right now but Alonso must also be strategic about how he uses them else he will end up wearing and tearing them up without achieving their full potentials. For instance, Alonso must learn how best to use these guys in big games and he also has to be good in his rotation system . They must not appear in all games but only when necessary. They also need to be built as a strong backup options . He should not rely too much on them so it does not hurt his teamplayers when theese guyss are indisposed or unavailable to play.
