some people are too afraid to resign from their jobs just because they think that now is a difficult time and they have to endure in order to survive. but i think it is foolish to stay in a place where you're not growing, you're not valued, and you're constantly under pressure. life is not only about surviving, but also about growing.

if you feel that your work pressure is so intense that even when you wake up every day, all you think about is how to get through the day without feeling broken, then that is a sign that something is wrong. just make the decision to resign. your health is far more valuable than the job. there is no need to worry that you will not find opportunities elsewhere, because opportunities will always be there for those who are willing to move forward.

I agree with your point, change is constant and in order to grow in life you must make leave where you are to get to where you want to be. But before you can think of making such a move you must have something that you can fall back to or something better you can do otherwise it would be unwise to leave the job you have when you have not found any other source of income that you would replace it with
