Or if you can let me know the name of the phone, I can easily check the features to know what is happening. Binanace load fast on my phone and also reload fast even though it is not as fast as it is on one or two exchanges.
One thing I like about Binance is their desktop app which is completely different from the web version. No exchanges has such app that I have seen but I like many exchanges Android app than Binance app.
I agree, I have one of the older version phones, basically mine costs less than 100 bucks right now, so it's one of the most primitive smart phones out there, I literally checked and there were less than 10 phones in the whole world that is sold for less price than mine, and most of them were like something short, not like full on phone, so it's really a shocker to me that it would have issues.
I think it's not about the phone, but about HIS phone, like could be something wrong, could be some old phone that got bad, because all phones get slow by the end of it's life. That should be the best case to understand why he is having a trouble and we should be considering Binance app doesn't require anything that big at all.
